User Guides: Using the Booking Wesbite

Log into and Book IT equipment

 

To book Chromebooks and laptops go to this URL: bookings.wildern.hants.sch.uk

You will then be prompted to sign in, to sign in use your Wildern Credentials.

Once signed in you can see the periods that the devices are available

Select the device that you want on the book out on the left.

Then select the period you want to book out for by clicking in that period section.

You can then select how many to book

You will also need to put in your Wildern username, the booking system will autofill your name.

Click save and the devices will be booked
