User Guides: Print Queue

Clearing a printer queue.

 

If the printer has had an error and cannot print a page, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

First click the windows button on your keyboard and search: Printers.

Then double click on the Printers & Scanners icon.

In this windows you will see all of the printers that are connected to your device.

Find the printer that is having the error and click the printer, this will now display three buttons in which you can press.

Click manage, then click Open Print Queue. Here you will see what is being printer on this printer.

Find the print out that is causing the error: it will display an error message next to the print out name and click the print out and then press cancel, this will remove the printout from the Queue.

Once cancelled it should, now begin printing again.
